Loving Father, you sent your one and only Son into the world so that we might live through him. Father, we delight in the life we now have. Thank you for washing away our sin; thank you that our sin went up in smoke completely through the atoning sacrifice of Christ. Please cause our life to flourish with love. May your love to us echo in our actions to others. You have given us your Spirit, please may we be filled with him to overflowing, completing your love in us. Transform our hearts and minds that we might believe the testimony that you have sent your Son as the saviour of the world, trusting the love that you have given for us. Please grow our love, may we remain in it all our days. May your love drive out fear in us; may it foster forgiveness in us; may we pour ourselves out for our brothers and sisters, reflecting what you have done for us.
