Heavenly Father, please help us to be steeped in your word. May we know your word well as it is able to make us wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. May we be equipped by your word for every good work. May we preach it, reprove, correct, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. May we be content to be poured out like a drink offering to you. May we fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith, and long for Christ’s appearing and his reward. Help us to value the team, that through us the message may be fully proclaimed, and the nations might hear it.
