Heavenly Father, thank you for the diverse collection of people whom you have brought into your kingdom. Please unite us around the gospel and feed us by your word. Thank you for the opportunity for many churches to come together at the North Queensland Christian Convention. Please equip those who are organising different things to serve with love and joyfulness. May we be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith in Christ and spur each other on to love and good works. Cause us to rejoice in the work of Christ in and through us, that we may be built up to continue standing for him. Please strengthen Richard and Keith that they may be faithful and undaunted as they preach. Speak through your word to us by your Spirit that we might be reshaped for your glory.
