Father in heaven, please shape us into a group that is committed to faithfully proclaiming Jesus Christ at university. May we gladly declare him as our Christ – our king, and readily announce him as the Christ, the only true king of kings and lord of lords. May we boldly point to the king of glory who rules with justice and mercy, through whom the world was made, and yet who humbled himself to serve and to die a shameful death for us and our salvation. May we love him, and serve him, and herald him at JCU in Cairns.
