Heavenly Father, as I go about seeking to serve you at Cairns JCU, make me constant and labouring in prayer. You are responsible for building up your kingdom and I myself can bring about nothing. Keep me looking to what you have promised in the gospel, and make me unceasing in asking you to bring it to fulfilment. May our group at JCU be founded on prayer, calling on you to carry out your good and gracious plans. May we depend on you for all things, knowing that you are our provider for every material and spiritual need, and may we be quickly thankful for all you do for us.
