Heavenly Father, I ask that your word will trickle down into our hearts and reform our actions. We have seen and heard your salvation as we have read through Romans in our Bible studies. Please let these good gospel truths sink in deep and not just be things we know (or even, things we soon forget) but by them, reshape our thoughts, delight our hearts, and drive our actions. Or even, let the trickle be a torrent that flushes out ungodliness and stirs up faith, hope and love. May your Holy Spirit be at work in us today and the coming weeks to bring you glory through Christ our champion and king.
