Heavenly Father, we have very little to offer, our wisdom is faulty, our advice is anaemic, our thoughts are bland and often self-centred, but you have spoken through your word. Thank you Lord, that we can tell and retell your wonderful word, knowing that you work through it. Please do so again tomorrow by your Spirit. Speak to us what we need to hear. Shape our hearts for your glory, correct us, encourage us, fill our eyes with the glories of your Son, full of grace and truth. May we have confidence in your word.
