Heavenly Father, thank you for the times of rest that you give us. Thank you for the chance to take a break during the lecture recess. Thank you even more for the first peace that you pour out on us through Christ. May we treasure this above all moments of fleeting physical rest and long to see others enter into this. May this peace also, be a foundation for us in the busy times, keeping our hearts and minds fixed on this firm footing.
