Heavenly Father, thank you that you are a patient father and not hasty to judge or capricious in your actions. Lord please help us to grow in our patience. Please help us fox our eyes on the end goal of your new creation. Please help us fix our eyes on our present situation – having your Spirit at work in us. Please help us to look back and see Jesus who endured 40 days and nights in the desert without food. Please help us to seek to be last, having a mindset of putting others first, knowing our great and unchanging value that is assigned to us by you.
