Lord of creation the heavens declare your glory day by day. You have made them with majesty and splendour but their voice is not heard. Thank you that you have revealed to us the way of salvation, that you have given us your good word. Through it you enlighten or eyes, you restore or soul. May we delight in your word and long for it. May we know the sweetness of it, that through it we know you and know your forgiveness, that our heart is pure and acceptable in your sight.
