Great and righteous God, you are good and loving, holy and just, and you have drawn near to us. You have made us in your image and poured out your grace on us day by day, we are your children, and yet we hardened our heart to you. You raised your children and brought them up but they have rebelled against you. We abandoned the Lord and despised your Holy One, turning our backs on you. What a mess of broken lives we have lived because of this. And what a glorious joy that you have settled this matter and washed our sins that we might be white as snow. Your Holy One took our crimson red on himself and gave us the pure white wool of the Lamb. We can run to you and call you our Father in Heaven. Thank you Father.
