Lord, we praise our king – our Lord, Jesus who brought us near when we were stumbling about in the darkness of sin and separation. Thank you that he rescued us through his own blood and that we may now gather together to give you all honour and praise and glory for everything you have done for us through Christ Jesus. Help us to keep cherishing this as a group at JCU, building us up as we have our Bible talks and small group meetings. Lord, we praise you for tearing down the walls of hostility that fenced us off from the kingdom of your people. We rejoice that you have made us, people from all the nations of the earth, into one people – one body – one family under Christ.
