Heavenly Father, thank you of the opportunity we have at JCU to tell other about the wonderful work and person of Jesus. We ask that those who have seen the posters for our Easter talk tomorrow, or have received a flyer at the hot cross bun stall, or have been invited by friends, will be intrigued and come along. Please work through your word, by your Spirit, that all there may know the wonderful message of the gospel. We pray that people may want to find out more and continue to connect with our students and be keen to read the Bible with them. We ask that you will also bring along more Christian students that we have not yet met and that they will be encouraged to keep standing together for Jesus while they are at uni. Please help me as I finalise the preparations for preaching tomorrow – that I may be faithful to your word and that you might work through it.
