Heavenly Father, please open our eyes that we may behold wondrous things in your word this evening. May we marvel at your grace to us, your love poured out to us though we had turned our back on you. May our hearts be consumed with longing to know you and delight in you. Thank you for your word, and that through it we might know you truly and know your incredible work of salvation through the Lord Jesus. May we love him all the more – may we cling to him more dearly. Please help our students to cherish him deeply over this Christmas break.
