Heavenly Father, we are so prone to wander away from you way, so plant your word deep in us so that it may guard our hearts. May we store it up, filling our minds with it; listening to it preached and read; poring over it and soaking it up. Lord we rejoice and delight in it more than treasure, for through it we know you, we know and receive your salvation by faith. Thank you that Christ, the Word made flesh, dwells in us through the Spirit. We lean on him as the one who guards our hearts and makes our way pure. Keeps us trusting in him always.
