Our gracious Lord , we cry out to you with a deep need to know you, with longing to understand your word. In your word we see your majestic nature and your wonderful salvation. You are the God who saves, so please deliver us from our weakness and sin. May the students at NTE know this also and lean on you entirely, cherishing your precepts and and knowing you, their only help. May we pour forth praise as as you teach us your truth, may we sing of your word with joy. For our longed for salvation has appeared in Christ. In him, you have brought about true life for our souls and so we praise you. May your word fuel our praise this week at NTE. And when we go astray, may we cling to your word all the more, knowing your grace, knowing that you have found us and find us in Christ.
