Lord, please help us to sow your word into our hearts day by day and please cause it to bear fruit. When we open it, may we see and not just look, may we listen and not just hear. Work in us by your Spirit to incline our hearts towards it and be deeply impacted. Change our actions to reflect those of Christ, change our discussions to echo the gospel, change our thoughts to delight in you. Keep us sowing your word in the lives of others that the gospel might sprout and mature, bringing about knowledge and trust in your salvation through Christ.
