Father, we once were futile in our thinking and our hearts were darkened, and still, the remnant of this way of life lingers in our ungrateful hearts. Turn our eyes again to your abundant mercy in Christ and the forgiveness we enjoy day by day. Thank you for our daily bread, for friendship, for your steadfast love. Thank you for the way you have made the students to grow in faith at Kick off camp. May they be caught up by your heart for lost people and extend love to their enemies, knowing you have done the same for us. Give us the desire to speak your word of life to those who are perishing.
