Father, infuse us with your wisdom, for ever the lure of folly calls to us. Folly entices, sugar coating her decayed and poisonous fare as delicious treats. Father thank you that you have made yourself known to us and we have come to fear you. We have tasted the goodness of wisdom as we trust you, submit to you, and walk with you. May we treasure the covenantal relationship you have made with us and guard our feet from the stupidity of idolatry. Through your wisdom we have been spared from the very depths of the grave. Keep us feeding from your good word today as we meet, and fill us up with wisdom and life.
