Lord, by faith we have been planted like trees in your orchard and irrigated with life from your word. Thank you that we can have confidence to stand in your judgment by your grace that has been ultimately poured out through Christ. Help us to drink deeply from the Word, rooted and established in him, bearing fruit through his strength. Give us patience as we look for a place to live in Cairns, and love to care for each other well. Give us joy as we look forward to serving in the lead up to O’week. Motivate us to speak as we realise the fate of those who ignore you.
