Heavenly Father, thank yo that you that Christ Jesus stepped into the deeps with us, bringing your awesome power and glory right up close with us. Please help us to stand in awe of Jesus as the one who can still the storms with a word. Thank you too, that Jesus came, not only to be in the deeps with us, but to be willingly swallowed up by them, facing the darkness of death for us, and rising to life again with new life. Thank you that we are connected in with this great journey of his. Please help us to fix our eyes on him and the great destination that he is bringing us to. Please transform us to be like him as we journey on our way. Help us to wait with joy and hope, until we reach that wonderful end where life continues forever, with no more death, or sorrow, or sin.
