Heavenly Father, thank you that you have brought outsiders like us into your family. We have done nothing to deserve your goodness and come ragged, broken, and sinful, but you have poured out your grace on us. You ave given us your great promises, that you will never leave us or forsake us. Lord, please help us to depend upon you always, knowing that you have given yourself for us, sending Christ your Son as our great salvation. Please help us to remember that, in him, we have life through his victory at the cross. In him, sin and death hold no more sway over us, and we live in freedom and forgiveness. Please reform our hearts to live as your children day by day.
