Heavenly Father, we rejoice in Christ for he is our hope and salvation. We know we are weak and sinful and in desperate need of your life and restoration. We look to Christ to stand where we fall, we lean on his righteousness. Please help us to see all the wonderful facets of your salvation in Christ as we open up your word together. May you help our group at JCU to fuel our hope in him as we read the Psalms. May we find comfort in your faithful love, and joy in your relentless salvation. Please transform us by your word, applying it to our hearts and spurring us on to live reflecting Christ’s righteousness.
